On October 18, 2013, we took a road trip around the southern Rockies. We wanted to see Taos, NM, so we drove straight there. Once we got there, though, we were unimpressed, so we headed back into Colorado and explored around Pagosa Springs. We drove a lot this weekend, but the trip reminded me how much I love south-western Colorado.
